Tyler Marshall, PhD MPH
Dr. Tyler Marshall (PhD, Psychiatry, University of Alberta; MPH, Memphis; BS Neuroscience, Rhodes College) has worked in health systems across Canada and the U.S., published widely in top journals, and served as an editor for leading publications. With diverse experience across qualitative and quantitative methods and a wide range of study designs—including clinical study design and systematic reviews—he specializes in research at the intersection of substance use and mental health, helping researchers, students, and early professionals design, analyze, and communicate high-quality research with real-world impact.
Fernanda Talarico, PhD
Dr. Fernanda Talarico (PhD, University of Alberta) is a biostatistician and health researcher specializing in data analysis, mental health, and science communication. She has contributed to studies on mental health outcomes, the COVID-19 pandemic, and predictive modelling in psychiatry. Passionate about teaching, Fernanda develops and delivers educational content on biostatistics and artificial intelligence in medicine, helping researchers, students, and professionals apply advanced methods to real-world health research while promoting data-driven decision-making and mental health awareness.
Faris Khan, MSc CCRP
Dr. Faris Khan (MS Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Aga Khan University; Bachelor of Dental Surgery, University of Karachi; CCRP) is a clinical researcher with expertise in study design and data analysis. He has published in international peer-reviewed journals and contributed to diverse projects through his work in Contract Research Organizations (CROs). His experience spans clinical trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. Dr. Khan’s research areas of interest include clinical trials, data analysis, data visualization, and quality management based on ISO 9001 standards.
